    We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Inbound Calls for Customer Service • Cold call clients lists • Screen calls • Build rapport • Book appointments • Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy • Must work within cold calling laws and restrictions Qualifications: Real estate license or pursuing required Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired +1 year of real estate sales experience • Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience • Inbound Calls for Customer Service • Knowledge of Real Estate sales • Must be excellent at building rapport • MUST LIVE NEAR ST. LOUIS, MO. Compensation: $10 per hour + bonus
