    Sales Income without the need to pull credit card information on calls!

    At CallCore Media you will qualify callers for different programs and/or services that they have requested further information on. These are Lead Generation/Sales campaigns. Calls last 3-5 minutes at most. High Call Volume experience preferred. The average Agent will process 200-400 calls per day. If you have a goal-oriented mentality and have the drive to succeed this is the position for you!

    We offer a base hourly rate of $12/hr plus a generous performance-based bonus ($2-$10 per hour based on performance). Plus Daily CASH SPIFFS.  

    HOURS OF OPERATION (EASTERN STANDARD TIME): FULL-TIME SHIFT:

    • Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm. *hours may vary based on campaign needs.

    PART-TIME SHIFTS:

    • Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 3:30 pm.
    • Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm. *hours may vary based on campaign needs.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Generate demand and qualified interest.
    • Conduct inbound/outbound communication with potential prospects daily.
    • Conduct 200-500 calls a day.
    • Gather key information about the prospect's needs and interest level.
    • Document all conversions and rejections.
    • Professionally represent the company and the company’s long-term interest.
    • Be aggressive without crossing the line of unwanted solicitation.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to develop a rapport with prospects over the phone.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and effectively communicate.
    • Positive, driven, adaptive, team player.
    • High energy with a strong desire to succeed.
    • Proficient with Gmail, Hangouts, Google Meet.

    EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:

    • Laptop or Desktop with Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.9+; RAM: 4GB.
    • Webcam (Required for training).
    • A quality USB headset from such brands as Logitech, Plantronics, Panasonic, or Jabra.
    • CallCore Media and Ytel do not recommend wireless or analog headsets as they are prone to interference.

    INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:

    • Hardwired Ethernet Connection.
    • 30+ MB Download Speed, 10+ MB Upload Speed Minimums.
