    It is the responsibility of the Manager to provide leadership and management for the Calle Dragones venue in partnership with the Manager. The Manager oversees the budget and operation of the service establishment and maintains a close liaison with the kitchen and marketing support to ensure maximum profitability.

    The Manager is responsible for effectively leading and managing all aspects of the business operations. In addition, The Manager is in charge of delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of Calle Dragones. This includes being accountable for the revenue strategy of the venue and heading the sales and profitability, with a strong emphasis on guest experience and satisfaction and ensuring that brand standards are met.

    Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervisory responsibilities for the below-mentioned position(s)/department(s) include interviewing, hiring, training, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; mentoring, rewarding and conducting corrective action(s), addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    Qualifications: Education / Certifications / Work/Industry Experience:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

    Associate or 4-year degree in Hospitality desired.

    4 years prior F&B experience, required with 3 years of F&B leadership and or nightlife preferred.

    Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (KSA’s) & Competencies:

    Knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Inventory software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and

    Word Processing software.

    Essential Duties / Responsibilities / Tasks: Primary duties, responsibilities, and tasks include, but are not limited to the following

    Supervise the daily operation of Salvaje Miami venue.

    Responsible for ensuring that all Beverage operations comply with all systems, control policies, and procedures.

    Responsible for upkeeping inventory to company standard pars.

    Responsible for keeping the standard company % cost control.

    Estimates beverage consumption and purchases or requisitions of beverage ingredients and supplies.

    To monitor and critique the quality and consistency of the Beverage product.

    Bring innovation and creative ideas to create specialty cocktails for our menu.

    Displays leadership in guest hospitality exemplifies excellent customer service, and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.

    Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.

    Responds to and handle guest problems and complaints.

    Is responsible for the budgeting process for areas of responsibility.

    Review guest's comments, guest satisfaction results, and other data to identify areas of improvement.

    Maintain cleanliness and health code standards.

    Complete monthly beverage inventory.

    Schedule staff to reflect daily business levels to monitor and control payroll and other expenses.

    Leadership Detail Requirement:

    In charge of Team Member development and marketing.

    Responsible for Team Member onboarding and payroll.

    Responsible for the completion of all schedules.

    Accountable for upholding proper exit/separation paperwork for all Team Members.

    Upholds a pre-shift to give direction and set the standard for the shift.

    Exceeds financial objectives.

    Develops management team to ensure they are “the next person up”.

    Leads weekly operations meeting.

    Presents monthly recap and forecast.

    Responsible for creating and executing 4 annual events working with the marketing team.
