Looking for fun, outgoing, and professional people who are great at communicating. We need someone who works well with others and is a team player. This job entails answering phone calls for various dental offices while helping patients with questions or concerns they may have. Dental Experienced in dental is preferred, but not required. This job will be performed in Provo Utah, this is not a "remote from home" job. Because this job takes about 3-4 months to get fully trained, we are looking for people who are wanting to stay long term, and grow within our company! Duties of this job include:

• Speaking with dental patients across the United States.
• Representing dental offices in a friendly and professional manner.
• Navigating Google drive, as well as other computer programs.
• Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling dental hygiene appointments
• Answer any and all patient questions professionally
• Learning different dental office practice management software.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:

• Basic knowledge and understanding of Google Drive
• Typing skills of 55+ WPM
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• High School Diploma
• Part time or full time positions available
• Experience in customer service and or dental
• Willing to work weekend shifts highly preferred

COMPENSATION:

$14-$16 hourly

SCHEDULE:

• Only Part-time available
• Afternoon and Weekend shifts
• We are bringing on multiple hires into this role
