Seeking motivated BBS-registered child therapists to join our team in Ventura, California. • We specialize in Evidence-Based Treatments, with a focus on PCIT • Equipped with fully furnished PCIT rooms • Opportunity for PCIT training and certification under a dually-certified trainer This role is OFFICE-BASED • Full-time positions available / Hourly pay / Non-exempt status • Bilingual / Spanish preferred We Offer : • Quickly filled caseloads and referrals (no need to find your own clients) • $300 per hiring year for CEUs and conferences • Separate paid time off as well as sick leave benefits • Dental and vision coverage provided / No medical benefits • Weekly paid supervision by licensed supervisors, including LCSW supervision for ASWs • Group liability insurance is covered by the clinic • CalSavers Roth IRA retirement plan • No worries about billing or collections; the clinic handles this for you • Flexible work schedule • We are a supportive team that values collaboration and assistance • Starting pay at $50/hour for clinical work and $22/hour for administrative tasks (raises considered after 6 months) Responsibilities: • Conduct individual, dyadic, and family therapy sessions for children and families • Assess and evaluate patients diagnostically and develop treatment plans in accordance with DSM-V TR guidelines to guide treatment • Collaborate with both internal and external diverse teams to ensure comprehensive treatment • Maintain accurate clinical records for all therapy sessions conducted • Participate in mandatory workshops, supervisions, and staff meetings as needed • Foster and be a part of a supportive and collaborative team environment • Bring a positive spirit; no negative energy, please Qualifications: • An active provisional BBS registration for AMFT/ASW/APCC in California is required • A minimum Master's Degree • Compliance with professional laws, codes, ethics, and regulations is mandatory • Previous experience working with children in clinical settings is highly preferred • Being multilingual is advantageous. • Openness to acquiring and mastering diagnostic, assessment, and documentation skills is necessary • Willingness to travel to and work at the Ventura office is expected. • Demonstrated ability in both independent work and teamwork is essential Compensation: $22 hourly admin - $50 hourly clincial
