Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our attorneys in various aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of patent and trademark applications.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant documentation for cases.
• Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
• Maintain and organize case files and databases.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies as necessary.
• Manage deadlines and ensure adherence to legal procedures and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program.
• 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in Intellectual Property law.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to IP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research software.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
