Job Description

Responsible for development and implementation of the Engineering Division’s strategic and business plans including overall P&L responsibility for the Division. Manages staff, development, training and performance reviews. Manages ISO processes and serves as a member of the ISO management council. Internal and external presentations including customers, board of directors and financial institutions. Works with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing to stay abreast of the competition and industry trends.

Qualifications

Must have outstanding communication, presentation, technical and management skills and strong technical knowledge of the TURBOMACHINERY industry.

Minimum of a Master’s degree in Engineering is required. MBA and program management training is a plus. Minimum of ten years of INDUSTRY RELATED leadership experience is required.
