    Job Description

    As SALES FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR you are responsible for completing the order process for a select group of Account Managers.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THE ROLE:

    • Extensive interaction with Sales staff to provide timely requested information.
    • Interact directly with inventory, set up, logistics, contracts and accounting to complete sales process.
    • Process all sales orders turned in by assigned Team Members, including credit approval through third party leasing companies, ordering equipment, invoicing of equipment, funding of invoices and commission calculations.
    • Receive and resolve various customer inquiries.
    • Back up to other Sales Finance team members.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

    • Prior leasing experience in the Office Equipment industry is a plus.  
    • Microsoft Word and Excel experience required.
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Experience with negotiating with 3rd party vendors
    • Experience with contracts and understanding terms and conditions of agreements
    • Understanding of the importance of Service level agreements
    • Beginner to intermediate level experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Good working understanding of basic mathematical calculations
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to understand process dependencies and relationships
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Strong problem solving, decision-making abilities
    • Desire to learn, grow, and develop
    • Ability to prioritize, manage, and organize workload in a fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
