    Job Description

    As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will be responsible for securing and accurately applying payments from our clients. You will also research and resolve issues related to payment transactions. When dealing with our clients you need to display the greatest care in helping them resolve payment issues and bring current their accounts; “firm but fair” is the mantra!

    That sounds nice but how about a little more detail you ask. You got it:

    • Proactively identify and inform customers about unpaid accounts
    • Negotiate payment arrangements to reduce delinquency
    • Receive and post payment to customer's account
    • Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
    • Maintain a great customer experience
    • Provide accurate and detailed notes on account activity
    • Assist in the training and development of more junior team members
    • Initiate repossession proceedings or disconnect service, as a last resort
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    What should the right person bring to the party?

    • 3 to 5 years previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Previous leadership experience highly desired
