    Job Description

    PLEASE NOTE: Qualified candidates for this position must be fully vaccinated by start date of hire for the Covid 19 virus and be able to provide proof of vaccination. Fully vaccinated refers to at least two (2) weeks after the final dose on a two-dose vaccination series (Pfizer or Moderna) or at least two (2) weeks after a single-dose COVID-19 vaccination series (Johnson and Johnson).

    The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/EDUCATION SPECIALIST is the frontline of customer service, in charge of meeting the educational needs of every customer in a friendly and helpful manner. In addition, the Education Specialist will ensure the machine as well as all applicable print drivers, scan destinations, and initial support has been completed to the customer’s satisfaction. The ultimate goal is to ensure the customer is familiar with the proper operation of the equipment to reduce or eliminate service calls.

    80% of your time or greater will be meeting with our customers at their place of business to conduct training on our equipment

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist with publishing marketing material for Sales representative
    • Support branch manager
    • Assist Educational Services Manager with educational material on an as-needed, assigned basis

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

    • 2 plus years in a customer facing role
    • Working knowledge of both PC and Mac products.
    • Ability to work with Word, Excel, Adobe, Illustrator, In-Design and other programs to meet customers’ needs
    • Strong time Management skills; you will create your own Calendar and schedule to maximize effectiveness to clear calls in a timely manner.
