Hours per week: 40 hours, Full-time

Job Summary: This position provides sound and supports multiple ministries requiring sound support as directed by supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Have sufficient knowledge of audio equipment and be able to run events effectively, independent of other sound engineers: Serve the Lord with excellence with the skill He has provided • Produce quality mixes, in accordance with the standards set up by sound team. • Assist Sr. Audio Engineer with projects and production tasks when necessary • Follow through in a timely manner with various tasks assigned by Sr. Audio Engineer & Assoc. Audio Engineer • Contribute ideas of new and creative ways to present sound on the stage (set-up, arrangements of singers, etc.) • Aid in the behind-the-scenes production of special services, events, outreaches and special guests • Develop and disciple volunteers: Teach, imitate and reproduce godly character • Write detailed service reports after every event and service • Keeps stage, FOH and storage closets clean, organized and stocked • Available to work at all campuses • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Job Skills & Competencies:
• Able to communicate effectively with singers & band members, as well as sound, lighting, video personnel, Pastors and potential worship ministry volunteers • Know and effectively use Microsoft Outlook for electronic communication and scheduling • Good verbal and written communication skills
