    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    We're recruiting an Operations Coordinator for our Seattle office. Key responsibilities for the Operations Coordinator position include:

    Team Operations:

    • Coordination of monthly firm meetings, annual convenings, and other events
    • Monitor and manage aliased firm email accounts
    • Maintain employee contact and personal information
    • Support and update Intranet page with Finance and Operations information for employees
    • Facilitate regular internal communications, including process reminders, personnel updates, and meeting materials
    • General office management support, including checking mail and liaising with property management

    Recruiting & Onboarding:

    • Develop recruitment timelines and processes
    • Administer candidate recruiting system (Breezy) and execute job postings
    • Manage candidate communication and scheduling
    • Compile interview notes, scores, and analysis
    • Track start dates and execute orientation schedule for new team members
    • Deliver new employee orientation and serve as point of contact during onboarding process

    Benefits Administration:

    • Coordinate yearly Open Enrollment process with external HR partner
    • Enroll US employees in benefits and update enrollment based on qualifying life events.
    • Track employee eligibility and coordinate process for employee gifts

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Manage essential software licenses for new, departing, and existing team members
    • Liaise with external website support vendor to coordinate content updates and backend support
    • Communicate with external software support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

    Excellent candidates for this position will have:

    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant program coordination or broad operational experience
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Teams, Word, PPT, Excel, and SharePoint
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with various stakeholders
    • Interest in building workflows, processes, and systems for coordination
    • Inquisitive and curious orientation, flexibility, and a get-it-done spirit
    • Commitment to racial equity and interest in the social impact field

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

    Compensation for this role includes Base Salary and Profit Share Bonus, and the Annual Total Range for compensation is $68,000-72,000.

    Camber offers a generous benefits package, including employer-paid medical and vision insurance, voluntary dental insurance, paid time off and sick leave, IRA with employer contribution, annual health reimbursement arrangement as well as flexible spending accounts for dependent care and transit, an annual professional development stipend, and paid parental leave.

    Camber offers a hybrid working environment. The Operations Coordinator is expected to live within commuting distance of Seattle, with most employees working in one of our office locations 1-2 days per week.
