Responsibilities: • Welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the hotel, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. • Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries and requests. • Proactively anticipate guests' needs and deliver exceptional customer service in line with hotel standards. • Handle and resolve any guest complaints effectively to ensure a satisfactory stay experience. • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards across the hotel premises. Qualifications: • To be considered for the Guest Services Agent position in Waco, TX, US, previous experience in the hospitality and customer service industry is a mandatory requirement. • The ideal candidate should be able to showcase exceptional customer service skills by creating a friendly and supportive environment for guests. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities are a key necessity for this role. • Candidates must have a proven track record of reliable attendance, punctuality, and the flexibility to work on days, weekends, and holidays. • A High School Diploma or equivalent education level is a prerequisite for this position.
