    We’re looking for an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Manager with 1 year of prior experience to ensure every guest at our hotel has an exceptional stay with us. You will lead operations at the front desk, act as the first point of contact for guests, and cultivate staff members who will go above and beyond our high customer satisfaction standards. Responsibilities: • Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed • Lead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stay • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints • Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies • Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager Qualifications: • Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills • Bookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plus • Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position • High school diploma or equivalent certification required (GED) • 2 or more years of experience as a front desk supervisor or related office management position in the hospitality industry Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 annual salary range DOE
