    Inside Sales Support and Business Development Specialist - Lincoln, California Due to our period of growth, we are seeking a Sales Support and Business Development Specialist to play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This position will play a vital role in fostering relationships between our company and clients. The ideal candidate needs to have excellent interpersonal skills while having the ability to complete tasks and make decisions independently. The successful applicant will participate in supporting our sales team and other departments as directed by the leadership team. Main Responsibilities: To develop new customer relationships whilst maximising sales from existing accounts to achieve individual and team Sales targets. To include; - Developing Sales from inbound inquiries and cold calls - Identifying new sales leads in the Sport, Health, Food, Drinks and Pet industry - Presenting CC's products and services to new and existing customers - Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers - Negotiating by phone, email, video, and in person - Producing weekly activity reports - Cold calling and prospecting daily - Following up with old leads and converting to active customers - Compiling daily lists of leads - Following up Marketing initiatives - Support outside sales reps daily - Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team - Aiding management team members and executives as needed - Performing data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data - Creating and processing sales in a timely manner - Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required - Answering phone calls from accounts - Ability to run reporting on an ad-hoc or deadline basis Job Requirements: - Ability to work independently and in a Team environment as requested. - Ability to manage multiple projects at once - Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal skills - Strong analytical, creative thinking, problem solving, negotiation, and organizational skills - SQL, Salesforce, Fishbowl experience a plus - Proficiency in MS Office. Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint - Knowledge of the Natural and Organic food/ingredient industry preferred but not required - This position will be expected to come into the office.
