    Cambridge International Systems has a career opportunity for a. SCO BOS  Assistant Program Manager to lead our team in Colombia.  Qualified candidates must be US Citizens with an active Secret security clearance.

    The SCO BOS Assistant Program Manager will:

     Provide assistant program management leadership to USSOUTHCOM in support of the Security Cooperation Office - Colombia.  • Establish and maintain a skilled workforce providing Logistics, Administration, and Driver support. • Provide leadership to all personnel including serving as principle interface with government leadership, COR, and other government agencies. • Maintain project plan and all associated documentation to track and report progress, tasks, assignments, milestones, project staffing and risks. • Implement daily procedures to monitor technical, cost, quality, and schedule performance. • Identify, document, and notify the government of actual or potential contractor program management problems and deficiencies, and report unresolved problems to the CO and Government PM. • Provide advance notification of any deviation from budget, schedule, or resources. • Ensure staff completes mandatory Government training requirements. • Ensure all contract personnel and subcontractors adhere to the Department security policies directives, and guidance. • Review all reports for accuracy and perform trends and performance analysis. • Monitor and track appropriate approval procedures for the authorization of other Direct Costs (ODCs). • Implement quality control measures. • Provide and deliver formal and ad hoc presentations and briefings, including agendas, schedules as well as other pertinent supporting documentation. • Familiar with SPOT and TASS systems and U.S. Embassy Regional Security Office background checks on personnel. • Attend and support recurring meetings and conferences convened at the direction of the Government. • Develop, implement and maintain a Maintenance Control plan, including documentation, preventive maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Emergency CM, • Establish and enforce procedures required to effectively administer the Grounds Safety programs.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree Business Management  IDIQ (will consider combinations of education, years of experience and training).
    • 7 Yrs U.S. Military Logistics Experience
    • Experience leading org of 100+ employees
    • Must have knowledge of the Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-Army), logistics and procedures.
    • Level II Spanish
    • Secret Clearance
