    We are looking for a FORD AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR. We need someone who HAS EXPERIENCE working with dealership associates. Currently, we are only seeking people with experience in the field. Submitting Warranty Claims.

     

    What is an AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR? AND WHAT DO THEY DO?

    An Automotive Warranty Administrator Warranty administrator ensures the dealership is paid for warranty work by preparing, submitting, and following up on claims. As with all positions within dealerships, warranty administrators are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Processing all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verifying criteria required by factory or distributor.
    • Keeping abreast of all factory recalls and announcements.
    • Arranging for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor and resubmitting all rejected claims promptly.
    • Assisting with warranty schedule.
    • Keeping track of all warranty parts by noting the repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed.
    • Maintaining all service and customer records as required by the warrantor.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Warranty administrators should be familiar with Ford automotive warranty systems.
    • Overall automotive vehicle knowledge.
    • Good computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include MVR, background check and drug screen.

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • TS/SCI (Tier 5)
    • At least three Years than three years of experience conducting network analysis in support of trafficking network defeat operations .
    • The ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
    • Provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
    • Work rotating shifts, possibly including nights and weekends, as driven by mission requirements.

    DESIRED KSAS:

    • Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more Special Operations Forces (SOF) units or commands.
    • Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
    • Experience providing direct analytical support to operations and providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements.
    • Deployed in-theater experience assigned to a SOF unit providing intelligence support to tactical and operational SOF.
    • Understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.
    • Understanding of tools such as M3, Lucky, HOT -R, JIDO ANTS, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, DataXplorer, PROTON, Target COP, BHTK
