    We have 30 different residential homes where we have immediate openings for full-time, part-time and per diem staff. We are located on the East, West, North and South sides of Rochester, so we have the right location for you! 

     

    NYS Driver's License REQUIRED (min. one year), along with the desire to have fun, build relationships, and enrich the lives of people with disabilities!  We provide all education and training.

     

    We have immediate openings for all full-time and part-time shifts in our residential homes. Our “right fit” hiring practice ensures that we work together to find the right placement for you. We have 30 residential homes on the East, West, North and South sides of Rochester and Monroe County, so we have the right location for you!

    Required Skills

     

    • Help the residents select and do activities that interest them, both at home and in the community.
    • Provide all levels of personal support, including: bathing, grooming, eating, dressing and using the bathroom.
    • Develop positive relationships with families or guardians.
    • Safely transport residents to and from activities, errands and personal appointments.

    Required Experience

    • High school diploma/G.E.D.
    • Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • Two years working in human services preferred, but not required
    • Good communication skills and basic computer literacy
    • Able to support or lift individuals in and out of wheelchairs or transportation.
    • This position works in a residential setting that is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Rotating shifts as well as some holiday and work during inclement weather will be required.
