Your success depends on bringing your exceptional listening, problem-solving, critical thinking, and people skills to the table. People are our business, and you'll partner with them to help make life-changing decisions. They need someone they can call a friend, a coach, a confidant, and a trusted partner. 

    • 2. You also have to love to compete with both yourself and your peers. We win and lose as a team. But you need to know why you're competing. What are you trying to accomplish in life, and how will becoming a Technical Recruiter get you there? Make sure you have goals. 

    • 3. You can't be afraid of the phone. This business is about relationships and reading the room, two things that are done best one-on-one over the phone or in person. The people we work with are busy bees, so building relationships over the phone works best for all. You will be talking to people over the phone a lot, and I mean a lot. But think about it this way, you get paid to chat on the phone and make friends all day! What's better than that?

    • 4. Lastly, you must have the ability to think outside of the box and listen. This position requires creativity, problem-solving and critical thinking. It's a unique role because your products are people. You'll need to listen, evaluate, take action, and sometimes re-evaluate to be successful.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    • Communicating over the phone using your sparkling personality, critical thinking skills, and ability to problem-solve
    • Prospect for new clients and candidates
    • Recruit and interview candidates for potential opportunities
    • Advise and coach clients and candidates with job transition, salary, benefits, and other related information
    • Create video and written recruiting and marketing presentations
    • Participate in social media and grow the Camden Kelly network
    • A variety of research, social media, and administrative functions

     

    WHAT YOU NEED:

    • 4+ Years of Customer Service or Sales Related Work Experience (Servers, Bartending, Sales, Customer Service, Retail Management, Etc.)
    • Critical Thinking Skills
    • Eagerness to Succeed
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Enthusiasm
    • Desire
    • Persistence
    • Outstanding Customer Service
    • Willingness to follow an organized system
    • Willingness to step outside of your comfort zone
    • NO recruiting/staffing experience is desired, we will train
