What you’ll be doing:
- Provide application support for thousands of internal employees
- Test software workflow from beginning to end
- Collect, identify, and organize testing requirement documentation
- Work cross-functionally to create test steps
- Improve test scripts and maintain test cases
- Resolve technical issues, performing tests as needed to ensure everything is functioning properly
