What you’ll be doing:
- Lead a NOC team in a DevOps environment using the latest monitoring tools like Data Dog or Nagios
- Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day operations
- Grow and mentor the NOC team while providing constructive feedback
- Develop KPI reports and present them to the team and to management
- Participate in a 24/7 monitoring environment and promptly isolate issues
- Manage tickets and promote automation to replace manual processes
- Work with Powershell and Batch Files and execute Python scripting
- Utilize your Cloud experience in a communicative environment
