    This is an opportunity for a Senior Technical Support Analyst to work with a SaaS company based in Irvine, CA, whose main focus is making the world a safer place. Here’s your chance to go above and beyond by always offering help to customers, notice when customers are not utilizing certain things in the software, and point that out as an additional use of the product.     What you’ll be doing:
    - You'll be working primarily over the phone/email/ chain
    - You’ll be the main point of contact for customers having issues
    - You’ll troubleshoot and know when to hand issues off to the engineering team
    - You’ll be working closely with big-name customers who have thousands and thousands of employees so lots of point of contacts
    - You’ll take things a step further always and offer help to customers sometimes without customers even asking
    - You’ll follow up and notice when customers are not utilizing certain things in the software and point that out as an additional use of the product
    - You’ll go ABOVE and BEYOND to help your customers want to extend their subscriptions for another year
    - You’ll help the company build good relationships with customers so that the customers renew their contracts each year

    What you’ll need:
    - A strong background in customer support, Cloud, and SaaS experience
    - Years of experience with customer support AND basic technical troubleshooting experience
    - Have good technical skills and unafraid of jumping on the phone to help customers troubleshoot their problems
    - Have somewhat of a sales mindset and not just want to close tickets
    - It is a start-up experience with a BRAND new product so they must be okay with Ambiguity - Fail fast, learn fast, improve fast

    Bonus points:
    - Networking experience is a BIG BIG BIG plus - connecting to wifi, IP knowledge on a basic level
