In this position, you’ll work closely with the monitoring team on a wide range of system monitoring projects using your experience with NOC, DataDog, and AWS. From creating & automating daily operation alerts for their large-scale network to monitoring, testing, and fixing databases, servers, firewalls, AWS, business critical applications, and network equipment and services you’ll have your hands full here so there will never be a dull moment and work will zip right by before you know it. What you’ll be doing:
- Help the monitoring team with their current system monitoring projects
- Manage direct incident responses and NOC activities during your shift
- Create, automate, and respond to daily operation alerts for a large-scale enterprise corporate network
- Perform monitoring tool audits and proactively expand the monitoring environment
- Develop a specific, early warning monitoring environment
- develop and review KPI reports and trends to present to the team and management
- Monitor and remediate databases, servers, firewalls, AWS, and business critical applications
- Monitor, test, analyze, correct, and restore network equipment and services quickly and efficiently

What you need:
- 4+ years of experience with NOC
- DataDog
- AWS
