What you’ll be doing:
- Perform monitoring tool audits and proactively expand the monitoring environment
- Develop and review KPI reports and trends to present to the team and management
- Monitor, test, analyze, correct, and restore network equipment and services quickly and efficiently
- Create KPI reports and present them to the team and to management
- Manage tickets and promote automation to replace manual processes
- Utilize your Cloud experience in a communicative environment
- Create, automate, and respond to daily operation alerts for a large-scale enterprise corporate network

What you’ll need:
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS, Nagios or Datadog
- The desire to work with the latest technology
