Your role:
\- Be the SQL DBA mastermind for a company that's innovating at lightning speed.
\- Engage with performance tuning, monitoring, and SQL enterprise data centers globally.
\- Lead pivotal upgrade projects to boost security and optimize performance.
\- Work closely with development teams on code releases and database optimization.
\- Contribute to the creation of database availability groups and manage complex replications.

What you'll need:
\- Strong proficiency in SQL administration, with a focus on Replications and Availability Group Environments.
\- A proven track record in Performance Tuning and High Availability.
\- The capability to troubleshoot and innovate for continuous improvement.
\- Experience with creating database availability groups and replication, with Merge Replication as a valuable bonus.

Compensation and Benefits:
