Get in during an exciting, fast-paced period of growth and oversee both domestic and offshore teams working on a variety of projects. You’ll need to be able to communicate effectively with your team and all project stakeholders to ensure projects are on track, deadlines are met, and everyone is up to speed on all progress. Present project plans and use your JIRA experience as you manage a lot of ambiguity and moving parts. Because you’re working with offshore teams, your schedule will be a little abnormal in this position. Most days, you’d arrive around 10 am-12 pm, then leave the office around 5 or 6 but work from home until around 10 pm. If you’ve got kids at home this could be the perfect schedule for you!
