    This is an opportunity for a Sr. Technical Support Analyst to work remotely with a SaaS company based in Irvine, CA, whose main focus is making the world a safer place. If you have experience with customer support, basic technical troubleshooting experience, access control experience, and SaaS AND light networking experience, then you might have just found your new home. Here’s your chance to exceed expectations and be the main point of contact for customers having issues. You’ll be working closely with big-name customers who have lots of points of contact. You’ll follow up and notice when customers aren’t utilizing certain things in the software. The best part? If returning to the office makes your palms sweat, you’re in the right place. Because you’ll be working remotely with flexible hours!

    What you’ll be doing:
    - You'll be working primarily over the phone/email/ chain
    - You’ll be the main point of contact for customers having issues
    - You’ll be working closely with big-name customers who have thousands and thousands of employees
    - You’ll take things a step further and offer help to customers and follow up
    - You’ll notice when customers are not utilizing certain things in the software and point that out as an additional use of the product
    - You’ll go ABOVE and BEYOND to help their customers want to extend their subscriptions with the company for another year
    - You’ll help the company build good relationships with customers

    What you’ll need:
    - Experience with SaaS (cloud) experience, networking, support, AND access control
    - Some experience connecting to wifi and basic ISP knowledge
    - Good technical skills
    - Be unafraid of jumping on the phone to help customers troubleshoot their problem
