You will be responsible for running scrum meetings, keeping the team on track with the Agile process, and working with Jira to explore and analyze data. You will also collaborate with stakeholders, production specialists, and lead developers.

They're also dedicated to exploring the latest and greatest tech with their 13-member tech team, aiming to add seven more teammates by the end of 2023. What you’ll be doing:
• Run daily Scrum meetings
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile process
• Take charge of ticketing and metrics
• Track both big picture and small details
• Work with Jira and explore its capabilities
• Keep the team updated on market trends

What you need:
• Proficient in using Jira for project management and reporting
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development or technology projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum meetings and ensure the team adheres to the Agile process
