You’ll manage direct incident response and NOC activities during your shift in an environment where there are multiple shifts to provide 24/7 coverage for this massive enterprise. You’ll also develop, review, and present KPI reports as well as audit monitoring tools and automate daily operation alerts.

What you’ll be doing:
- Execute a blend of NOC and DevOps responsibilities in a team environment
- Manage direct incident response and NOC activities during your shift
- Audit monitoring tools for the entire IT enterprise
- Create, automate, and respond to all daily operation alerts
- Develop and review KPI reports, presenting your findings to the team and management
- Monitor and fix extensive IT environment issues with databases, servers, AWS and more
