What you'll be doing:
- Align human resources programs to overall business objectives
- Develop and update procedures, methods, policies, and guidelines
- Provide training and promote employee engagement
- Comply with local, state, and federal legal requirements
- Communicate with employees about compensation, benefits and other facets of employment
- Support strategic objectives and execute organizational development programs
- Mitigate risk and anticipate HR-related needs
- Work closely with the payroll manager

What you need:
- 10+ years of HR experience
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field
- HIPPA requirement experience
- SHRM, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
