If you have experience managing people, leading code reviews, system design, and come from a Software Engineering background, then you might have just found your new home! In this role, you’ll take full ownership of your domain, processes, and decisions within your team. Your focus will be on PEOPLE, including management, hiring, mentoring, and motivating your Engineers. You’ll be owning processes from beginning to end, as well as handling performance reviews, working with product teams to deliver results, and making technical decisions. The best part? What you’ll be doing:
