Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team! As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our company’s operations and procedures. You will analyze the company’s strengths and weaknesses, establish policies and procedures, and facilitate growth and expansion. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a deep understanding of a wide range of business functions, including nonprofit finance, business infrastructure, and business development.
Responsibilities include:
Manage day-to-day operations of the organization
Create and implement short and long-term strategies
Supervise staff and volunteers including scheduling, work assignments and constructive feedback
Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
Review financial information and adjust operational budgets
Collect, interpret, and report on company performance data
Contribute to resource development ventures
Training and assisting other staff in the use of standard software products
Promote the company’s vision, mission, and company values
Other projects as assigned by the Executive Director
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a business administration or relevant field
Previous experience in Operations or similar role
Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
Deep understanding of corporate finance, operations metrics, and strategic planning
Excellent leadership skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office and various business software
Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
Ability to speak/write fluent Spanish is a plus
Database or Salesforce experience is a plus
Anticipated schedule/hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
