Status: Regular, Full-time or Part-time

Compensation: Starting at $27.45 - $29.69 and premium shift differentials!

Sign-On Bonus : $1,000 (when hired as full-time), $500 (when hired as part-time)

SUMMARY

An individual who provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

** ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**

1. Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with all individuals
2. Maintains a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values
3. Responsible for on-call services, as assigned
4. Leads, guides and develops certified nursing assistants and resident assistants in provision of quality care
5. Supervises the duties of certified nursing assistants and resident assistants
6. Performs medical treatments and reports status to the registered nurse
7. Reports resident changes in condition promptly to the registered nurse
8. Performs all necessary related functions, such as blood pressure checks and pulses in conjunction with the medication pass as needed
9. Participates in following and updating plans of care
10. Promotes resident centered care
11. Performs other duties, as assigned

** EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING**

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Minnesota
• Current CPR Certification
