The common thread is that we provide counseling and support services in-home and in community-based settings throughout Tennessee. We emphasize the strengths and uniqueness of each youth and family. All our family counseling and foster care services are offered by trained therapists and counselors under the direct supervision of licensed clinicians.

    Camelot Care Centers, Inc., a partner of Pathways Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Program Director for Prevention, under the supervision of the Regional Director will oversee their assigned program and will ensure that Camelot's values of Excellence, Integrity, Sustainability, Innovation, People-Centered, and Fun are demonstrated for each client served. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of their assigned program, to include program development, budgeting, quality assurance, networking, collaboration, and staff supervision. Duties may include but are not limited to managing all aspects of the program in accordance with all licensing standards and policies; directly supervising and evaluating capabilities of staff to achieve program goals; conducting staff meetings and individual supervision to meet program and contractual requirements; developing and monitoring procedures in compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements; preparing budgets and monitoring program expenses; encouraging program development; and interpreting agency policy and providing explanations of program standards and goals to staff, government officials, and the general public. Program Director will encourage a team atmosphere and provide excellence in service. Program Director will ensure efficient use of staff time and work schedules; supervising and maintaining up to date clinical documentation; providing clinical on-call/back up coverage according to schedule; attending all quarterly director meetings; and other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Master's degree in a Human Service discipline and 3-5 years of related experience working with children/adolescents and families in a therapeutic treatment environment, in accordance with applicable state requirements

    Licensure (LCSW, LPC or LMFT) in a mental health related field is preferred

    A licensed driver with automobile insurance in good standing
