Camelot Care Centers ("Camelot") is a Child Welfare Agency licensed by the State of Illinois, a member of the Child Care Association of Illinois, and is accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA).
Camelot Care Centers Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Director of Operations is responsible for the oversight of the day to day operations including budgetary review and monitoring; contract compliance and productivity management. The Director of Operations is also responsible for providing direct supervision to the Foster Care program staff. Some of the duties are: Participates in the leadership, direction, and guidance of the State Leadership Team comprised of the Director of Compliance and Quality Assurance, Regional Directors, Clinical Directors, Program Directors and Case Management Supervisors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: interpreting and applying policies and procedures of Illinois DCFS, other state or private funding bodies, Camelot Care Centers, Inc., including Pathways Service Corporation, as applicable; maintain compliance with local, state and federal licensing regulations. Maintaining and monitoring the financial aspect of the provision of services and effectively working within budget. Responsible for the oversight of program regulatory, fiscal and reporting requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in Human Service areas as approved by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services; demonstrated success in organizational management, clinical services delivery and staff supervision; 5 years’ work experience in human services administration; and 2 years’ experience in a social work setting
DCFS CWEL (must be active)
Valid State Driver’s License (In good standing). If moving to Illinois after position is accepted, must obtain an Illinois Driver’s License within 30 days from Date of Hire
