Camelot Care Centers ("Camelot") is a Child Welfare Agency licensed by the State of Illinois, a member of the Child Care Association of Illinois, and is accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA).

    Camelot Care Centers Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Clinical Director manages in-home counselors directly or indirectly. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensures that each child has an appropriate diagnosis and an accurate and current treatment/service plan and that each parent has an accurate and current Parent Plan. All plans are to meet Camelot Policy, State licensing regulatory, funding sources and accreditation requirements and be completed within the appropriate time frame.

    This position will be responsible for employees in both Itasca and Matteson offices

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Master's degree in a Human Service discipline and 3 years of related experience working with children/adolescents and families in a therapeutic treatment environment and 2 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity

    LCSW or LCPC

    Valid State Driver’s License (In good standing) If moving to Illinois after position is accepted, must obtain an Illinois Driver’s License within thirty (30) days from Date of Hire

    Ability to work flexible hours
