State Foster Parent Recruitment and Licensing Manager - 919768
SUMMARY
Directs the daily operations and assures the clinical integrity of the foster parent recruitment and licensing program components by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Oversees the development and maintenance of the foster family resource base for Camelot
Supports the Camelot offices by providing training and guidance in setting up and maintaining recruitment systems and assisting in special projects
Facilitates Statewide licensing meetings for Camelot
Supervises regional licensing team members, which includes offering support and direction; as well as approval of licensing documentation
Ensures each region recruits a minimum amount of foster homes
Verifies all foster parent initial applications and re-licensure applications are completed timely
Ensures that all foster parent licensing files are 100% compliant
Participates in licensing activity for prospective parents including orientation, training, licensing packet completion, and submission to appropriate State agency as needed
Evaluates foster homes for compliance with Camelot, State, and accrediting bodies
Ensures that each region maintains accurate foster parent charts, weekly activities/status reports and records regarding licensing status of each foster home, tracks expiration of licensing documentation for renewal process
Monitors and ensures foster parent training/continuing education occurs regularly for each region
Reviews all licensing alerts and ensures that proper completion prior to DCFS submission
Tracks referrals and dispositions for Camelot service regions to determine trends and needs
Assists with intake/admissions process for regional offices when needed
Maintains knowledge of all licensing laws and changes; informs the appropriate personnel of changes
Ensures program compliance and improves program quality in accordance with all applicable regulations and accreditation standards; submits reports of such performance measures.
Develops and implements efficient operational and administrative systems for licensing program
Operates the program in an ethical manner in accordance with Camelot's Mission and Core Values
Ensures proper staffing patterns are in place for quality service delivery
Prepares and/or participates in the preparation of short and long-term planning documents

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Master's degree in an approved Human Service discipline and in accordance with the applicable State Standards (ie. Child, Family and Community Services; Early Childhood Development; Guidance and Counseling; Home Economics- Child and Family Services; Human Development Counseling; Human Service Administration; Human Services; Master of Divinity; Pastoral Care; Pastoral Counseling; Psychiatric Nursing; Psychiatry; Psychology; Public Administration; Social Science; Social Services; Sociology) from an approved four year college or university AND direct experience providing services to children/adolescents and families in a therapeutic treatment environment AND compliance with State or contractual requirements.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS This position requires the following credentials.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS This position requires the following additional qualifications.
Valid State Driver's License (In good standing). If moving to Illinois after position is accepted, must obtain an Illinois Driver's License within 30 days from Date of Hire
CPR & First Aid Certification within 30 days from date of hire Current physical and TB (PPD) test within 30 days of employment
Appropriate automobile insurance (at least state minimum)
Signed employee acknowledgement of physical health and infection control responsibilities.

The employee must be able to deal with architectural barriers in private homes. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
The employee must be able to travel to each of the Camelot locations.
