    Camelot Care Centers, Inc. Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Client Engagement Specialist

    The Client Engagement Specialist, under the supervision of the Program Director and in collaboration with the Treatment Team, contacts potential THL clients and educates them on how the service could be beneficial in addressing his or her unique needs. The CES coordinates with hospital systems and others in the community to engage difficult to reach individuals.

    Duties consist of but are not limited to:

    Working from a list of potential clients, making outbound calls to educate potential clients on Camelot's THL program, and persuading them to enroll in the program.

    Displaying creativity and persistence in attempting various other methods of contact when outbound calls prove to be unsuccessful for certain individuals. This may include, but is not limited to, sending out correspondence by mail, attempting face to face contact at a potential client's home, visiting a potential client at a hospital or emergency department, contacting the MCO or other treating professional to obtain current contact information, etc.

    Serving as a liaison and client advocate with other professionals and agencies involved in assigned clients’ care.

    Completing clinical documentation and data entry within established time frames and rectifying all deficits within the allotted time frame.

    Establishing and maintaining successful partnerships and relationships with hospital systems, emergency departments, physician’s groups, and others in the medical and behavioral health community and arranging and attending meetings with these groups as needed.

    Assuring integrity and excellence by completing peer audits as assigned and contributing to the Performance Quality Improvement Cycle, including the collection and use of data to continuously improve client and program services

    Client Engagement Specialist may also:

    Attending weekly supervision and team meetings and making presentations on accumulated data and statistics as required.

    Supporting fellow team members to ensure the best outcomes for all Camelot clients and families.

    Contributing to the Performance Quality Improvement Cycle, including the collection and use of data to continuously improve client and program services.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

    High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Computer Literate in Word and Excel, and has skills necessary to learn in-house systems.

    PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    Experience working in the healthcare industry. Background in marketing, sales, or public relations is a plus.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    The Client Engagement Specialist must be a licensed driver with automobile insurance in good standing and access to reliable transportation at all times.
