    Our family counseling and foster care services are varied to be able to meet the needs of our clients, and we are continually creating new programs in response to identified needs in a particular area. The common thread is that we provide counseling and support services in-home and in community-based settings throughout Tennessee. We emphasize the strengths and uniqueness of each youth and family. All our family counseling and foster care services are offered by trained therapists and counselors under the direct supervision of licensed clinicians.

    Camelot Care Centers, Inc. Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Recruitment & Support Specialist I (R/SS), under the supervision of the Program Director or designee works closely with the Foster Care Team to identify, license, and retain foster families for the region. Duties and responsibilities include: attending supervision at least twice monthly; provide orientation and on-going foster parent training activities; maintain foster home compliance and paperwork (licensure requirements, home studies, background checks, quarterly compliance checks, re-assessments, etc.); provide on-going efforts to audit and maintain foster parent charts; participate in recruitment and marketing activities; stay current on DCS/contract provider requirements; support client placement efforts and respite care; participate in monthly RSS calls; compile monthly reports to show growth/declines of foster home numbers; attend 2-3 RSS retreats a year throughout the state.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    A Bachelor's degree in a Human Service discipline from an accredited four-year college or university

    A licensed driver with automobile insurance in good standing and access to reliable transportation at all times

    Sensitive to other cultures and socioeconomic levels

    CPR and First Aid certified, or be willing to obtain certification before working with clients; and other duties as assigned

    Ability to travel 25-50%

    Ability to work flexible hours
