    Camelot Centers of Tennessee, a subsidiary of Pathways, is the largest private provider of community based services for children and families in the Tennessee and one of the largest foster care providers in the state. Camelot helps children and their families across Tennessee to learn, grow and prosper. Camelot holds contracts in several counties across the state with sixteen offices.

    General Statement of Responsibilities:

    The State Program Director, under supervision of the CEO or their designee and in collaboration with the state leadership team, ensures the client-centered care provided to clients and families is done in a caring, competent, and responsible manner.

    Position Duties:

    Overseeing all aspects of the program on a statewide level; assuring the clinical quality of the therapeutic programs as required by all applicable standards and policies; assuring excellence by seeking out and analyzing problem areas in order to improve quality of care, and contributing to the Performance Improvement Cycle, including the collection and use of data to continuously improve client and program services, using the Performance and Quality Improvement Plan and other means; assuring the clinical integrity of the program by supporting regional program leadership, foster parents, state departments and other community partners; monitoring monthly and quarterly reports; overseeing the implementation of the interventions and encouraging innovative interventions; ensuring program staff and foster parents receive training by utilizing Camelot training series, outside sources, new training updates, and issues identified in PQI activities; ensuring efficient use of staff time and work schedules; ensuring monthly contacts and quarterly compliance checks with foster parents are completed; providing on-call/back-up coverage for state regional program leadership; overseeing and monitoring our performance based contract (PBC) and ensuring efforts to reduce length of stay for clients; attending all required meetings; and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Master’s degree in a Human Service discipline or Business Administration and ten (10) years of related experience working with children/adolescents and families in a therapeutic treatment environment, in accordance with applicable state requirements. Must be sensitive to other cultures and socioeconomic levels. The applicant is a licensed driver with automobile insurance in good standing and has, or will, obtain CPR and First Aid certification.

    Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is preferred.
