Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and skilled Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, the candidate will take reservations from our customers and communicate with our chauffeurs. This position requires a highly organized professional individual with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Excellent customer service skills are a must.

Responsibilities

Receive inbound calls from customers and drivers

Collect and document information from callers

Prioritize calls/duties according to the level of urgency

Enter data into our scheduling software

Dispatch vehicles/drivers in a timely manner

Monitor the status of airline flights/drivers

Post customers credit card payments

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED

Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position

Excellent data entry skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills

Self disciplined and having proper time management skills.
