Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing, advertising, and real estate is critical. A degree of creativity is required. Responsibilities: Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment Develops innovative forward design concepts B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude Compensation: $25,000
