APPOINTMENT SETTER
FINANCIAL SERVICES MARKETING
PART-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE
This position requires a good work ethic and high integrity above all. You must have excellent communication, sales and marketing skills including a proficiency in social media marketing, and networking. Experience in developing and managing FaceBook videos a plus. .A documented successful experience with appointment setting and prospecting on the phone via email and in person is needed. The ability to professionally interact with and prospect potential clients at workshops, trade shows and networking events is essential is a plus. Experience working with professionals, business owners and retirees is also a plus. A segment of our new business development will have a focus on the LGBT community and will require a comfort and understanding in your outreach. Experience with contact management is important. Some specifics include:
· Update CRM using existing lists, Facebook, LinkedIn and other sources. Then follow-up with reaching out to qualified prospects and referral sources to set-up face-to-face meetings.
· Set up appointments from attendees of seminars/workshops and trade shows. Attend networking events to identify prospects to contact
· Maintain calendar and keep it filled with clients, prospects and events
Experience working with professionals, business owners and retirees is also a plus.
