    Our real estate agents meet with 100 sellers per week about the potential sale of their home. Our salespeople are very good at working with sellers who are ready to sell their home right away, but oftentimes a seller will not be ready to sell their home immediately. The role of this job is to help agents stay top of mind when a seller is not selling their home immediately. The role includes meeting agents face to face to talk about these appointments and talking to the sellers of the homes in order to come up with a follow up plan that will ensure that are agents are thought about when the seller is going to sell their home. You will be given a list of sellers to call and a list of agents that need to be contacted on a daily basis and will document your conversations and then formulate a plan with the input of the agent. You will spend about half of your day meeting with agents and the other half talking to sellers on the phone.   Responsibilities: • Appointment Review - after appointment has happened, have a discussion with the agent who went out on the appointment in order to see what the results of the appointment are • Categorize appointments into different outcomes in order to generate a pipeline for the agents • Work with agent to discuss and manage a follow up plan for the agent after the appointment • Help to carry out the follow up plan including mailings, social media campaigns and phone calls to keep in contact with the seller • Maintain a spreadsheet of metrics of our closing ratios and what has happened on the appointments Qualifications: • Must enjoy talking to people on the phone and in person- you will spend the majority of your time talking to sellers and agents about real estate • Must be organized and detail oriented - you will be maintaining a level of organization for our agents • Must be good with technology as all of our software is computer based • Must be wiling to learn and grow • Must fill out DISC personality assessment in order to be considered for the position Compensation: $22 per hour
