    ABOUT CAMILLO PROPERTIES:

    Camillo Properties is a construction company based in Texas who builds single-family and townhome properties for both purchase and lease to the southeast region of Texas. Camillo Properties also serves as the management company by providing both maintenance/warranty and lease options to its customers.

    SUMMARY:

    Camillo Properties has an immediate need for a Service Coordinator. This full-time position will work closely with the maintenance team to provide administrative support to the business operations in addition to providing excellent customer service. The service coordinator will be responsible for handing the maintenance needs of leasing tenants and vacant homes. The position requires maintaining an accurate service record in the property management software. THE SERVICE COORDINATOR MUST POSSESS EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE/RESOLUTION SKILLS TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE.

    TASKS:

    • Act as the liaison between the vendor and tenant by effectively communicating with all parties in a positive manner
    • Listen to the needs of the tenant and respond accordingly/dispute resolution to provide the best outcome for all parties
    • Order supplies and parts through the accounting software program
    • Review invoices for accuracy against maintenance requests
    • Interact with service managers and vendors to coordinate repairs as needed
    • Create and dispatch work orders through the property management software
    • Obtain updates from all vendors on outstanding maintenance requests
    • Multi-task in administrative duties including data entry, email/phone correspondence, registering warranty, answering phones
    • Order/prepare lockboxes and signs for inventory

    • Ability to provide a positive customer experience with sincerity to the tenants needs

    • Works independently within established procedures associated with the job function
    • Excellent customer service with experience in conflict resolution

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing good customer service
    • Must have minimum of 2 years’ experience in property/maintenance management
    • Knowledge of basic operations and maintenance needs required for single family homes
    • Must have an Associate’s degree or higher
    • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Dispatch experience a plus
