Cammisa + Wipf Consulting Engineers is a 60 year old firm located in the SoMa neighborhood of San Francisco, California. Our firm provides mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering for institutional, commercial, and industrial buildings, with a heavy emphasis on healthcare facilities.
We specialize in providing clients with creative, quality design solutions that meet both short and long term goals. We focus on delivering high quality engineering services, fostering close professional relationships, are committed to mentoring young designers and engineers, and strive to be at the forefront of the ever evolving technology that continuously transforms the building design and construction industry.
We are looking for a Marketing/Business Associate with a can-do attitude and the desire to juggle a number of roles within the firm. This position is unique in that, the candidate will be responsible for the firms: marketing, project accounting, administrative needs and human resources tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE AEC INDUSTRY, IS A PLUS
- FULLY VERSED IN MICROSOFT OFFICE (ESPECIALLY OUTLOOK, WORD, AND EXCEL) AND ADOBE ACROBAT
- ADVANCED PROFICIENCY USING INDESIGN
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE USING DELTEK VISION, IS A PLUS
- Commitment to high quality work and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
MARKETING
PROJECT ACCOUNTING
§ Process, prepare and submit monthly project invoices using Deltek Vision
§ Review, process and pay subconsultant invoices
§ Manage and maintain project accounting software (Deltek Vision)
§ Review, maintain and manage project contracts/agreements/authorizations
§ Review and approve timesheets
§ Follow up with clients on unpaid invoices
§ Compile various project and employee reports
§ Process and pay employee reimbursement expenses
HUMAN RESOURCES
§ Manage and facilitate the employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding and termination)
§ Coordinate and assist in the annual employee performance review process
§ Manage employee benefits in close coordination with various brokers (enrollment, health, flex spending, retirement, PTO)
§ Stay up to date with local, State and Federal laws and guidelines
§ Serve as a Company resource to employees
ADMINISTRATIVE
§ Reception – Answer the general office phone and door
§ Word Processing – Format and/or type documents
§ Track, coordinate and schedule office meetings
§ Order and stock office supplies
§ Distribute mail/packages and schedule deliveries
§ Schedule and coordinate servicing on office equipment when needed
§ Plan and coordinate office functions
§ Manage and process vendor invoices
