Currently Hiring: Camp Lead & Gym Educator
The Camp Lead & Gym Educator at DolFUN Dynamics is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience at our internationally acclaimed swim academy—now expanded to include our multi-sport center featuring Sweet Peas Educational Gymnastics and Dynamic Ninja programs. This role plays a vital part in leading camps, supporting year-round programming, and ensuring every child and family experiences a safe, enriching, and welcoming environment.
The Camp Lead & Gym Educator will supervise 11 weeks of Summer Camps and additional seasonal camps throughout the year, collaborating with the Operations & Gymnastics Coordinator to plan engaging events and themed activities. During the off-season, this role includes training to become a Gym & Ninja Educator, supporting class instruction and staff development to meet program demand year-round.
We’re looking for someone energetic, dependable, organized, and passionate about working with children. This leader will communicate regularly with families and teammates, uphold our Standards of Excellence, and maintain a positive, solution-focused presence. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and enrichment in every interaction.
Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee daily camp activities, schedules, and themed programming
Supervise, support, and mentor camp staff to ensure a positive team environment
Coordinate crafts, activities, and special events aligned with camp themes
Ensure camper safety while proactively managing behavior and maintaining structure
Lead staff meetings as needed to promote strong communication and collaboration
Communicate with parents professionally and resolve questions or concerns promptly
Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and camp policies
Respond to emergencies calmly and document incidents accurately
Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to deliver high-quality programming
Support training and development to become a Gym & Ninja Educator
Assist with class instruction during the off-season to meet enrollment demands
Uphold cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence throughout the facility
Follow established procedures with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Bring enthusiasm, leadership, and positivity to every shift

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour | Training Pay: $16.80 | Age: 18+ preferred

Camps are Monday - Thursday 9am-4pm
Classes are:
Monday 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Tuesday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Wednesday Closed
Thursday 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
Friday Closed
Saturday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Sunday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
