We're looking to add Retail Associates to our team at the camp stores located in El Capitan State Park, Refugio State Park, and Gaviota State Park. Our stores have a wide range of products, including camping gear, snacks, firewood, and destination apparel. As a Retail Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized, and processing transactions accurately. We're searching for someone who is friendly, positive, and fosters a team environment built on respect and trust. You must be at least 21 years old to apply. No prior retail experience is necessary as we provide full training on cash register operation and customer assistance. We require excellent communication skills, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and a willingness to learn and adhere to store policies and procedures.
