Come lead our waterfront/lifeguard team for the summer of 2019 at Camp Ramah in Northern California! Essential Job Functions: 1. Plan, direct, and supervise a safe and fun waterfront program 2. Supervise waterfront staff 3. Manage the physical facilities and equipment in the waterfront program area 4. Participate as a member of the camp management team to plan, direct, and supervise evening programs, special events, overnights, and other all-camp activities and camp functions Qualifications (Minimum qualifications and experience) Previous experience in lifeguard/waterfront leadership. Current certification in lifeguarding, first aid and CPR or the ability to obtain certification Experience in supervising others especially peers is desirable.
