Never worked with kids before? No problem! We love to "Embrace the Climb" and will teach you everything you need to know. This is a fantastic way to jump into the world of childhood development while staying active and having a blast! We're looking for someone creative, communicative, and ready to "Dig In" to a high-energy environment.

Your Mission (Responsibilities)

Own It: Learn and follow our Arizona Sunrays safety and play guidelines.

Safety First: Assist with a smooth drop-off and pick-up (including checking those IDs!).

Inspire: Provide the instruction, guidance, and motivation that makes camp the highlight of a child's week.

Go Further Together: Build positive, meaningful relationships with campers, guardians, and your fellow coaches.

The Essentials (Requirements)

Commitment: Able to work at least 2 days a week.

Physicality: Able to stand for hours at a time and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

The Heart: A genuine love for working with children and a passion for movement.

Role Model: A desire to be a positive influence for kids in our community!

Become a role model for children in the community! Arizona Sunrays offers a variety of high-quality programs to our community as well as to empower individuals through fun and fitness. We provide instruction in gymnastics, dance, NinjaZone, camps and more for ages 6 months through adults. We love inspiring children to find the joy of movement and partnering with local business, schools, and neighborhood groups to bring our community closer. We are families serving families!
